Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
